On Friday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Union Health Minister JP Nadda inaugurated various health institutions in the state through online mode, including the Community Health Center in Banma Itahari block. After the inauguration by the Chief Minister, the local departmental health officials, block administration, and public representatives were supposed to unveil the institutions on the spot. However, no activity was seen in Banma Itahari block and the site was eerily silent till 4 pm. No health department officials, block administration, or public representatives arrived till 4 pm. Later, BDO Gulshan Kumar Jha and Health Manager Ravi Kumar Khan unveiled the institution in a hurry.
In this regard, Medical Officer Dr. Santosh Kumar Sant said that they were in departmental training and BDO Gulshan Kumar Jha said that they were going to unveil the institution. The Health Manager Ravi Kumar Khan also said that the BDO was coming and some people were coming to unveil the institution."
